Konstruction Group Inc. was started by Fadi Mamar, a graduate of engineering at Ryerson University with a background in business, & Tomas Hladik, an architect and professional project manager. They started the company because they couldn’t shake the vision of wanting to see a company that can do it all in-house without the hassle and headaches of dealing with poor workmanship. They were tired of hearing negative feedback about contractors in the construction industry and wanted to do something about it. Konstruction has since won a few awards for work and management and has added 30 team members who share this passion since 2015. Each day we continue to grow with a goal focused on constant improvement.
