Project Overview
A 4,500 sq ft four-storey multiplex at 710 Lansdowne Ave with a detached garden suite, totalling five units. Konstruction Group is providing complete wood and metal stud framing with open floor concept layouts throughout each unit, along with supply of all structural steel, welding, CFS, and lumber. We are also completing full fire separation between all units as per the Ontario Building Code using Type X drywall, DensGlass, and firestop sealants. This project is currently in progress.
